Product Covered: SigninLink (“the Service”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SigninLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Businesses that use SigninLink are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable laws, including privacy, employment, visitor management, and security regulations.

2. Description of Service

SigninLink is a digital sign-in, form, and record-keeping platform that allows businesses to:

• Capture visitor check-ins

• Collect names, photos, signatures, and custom form data

• Receive SMS confirmations

• Export logs

• Create digital compliance trails

Paperdaz LLC provides the tool but does not control the data collected by businesses using the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use SigninLink, you must:

• Provide accurate registration information

• Maintain login security

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for all actions under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing Terms

4.1 Billing

• The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).

• You authorize Paperdaz LLC to automatically charge your payment method.

• All fees are listed at checkout and are non-refundable unless required by law.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

• Access continues through the end of the billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a charge fails:

• We may retry

• We may suspend or terminate access

• You must update payment information promptly

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By entering a phone number into a SigninLink form:

• Standard carrier message/data rates apply

• Message frequency depends on the business using the platform

• You may opt out by replying STOP

• SMS is used only for sign-in confirmations or business-related notifications

Phone numbers are never sold.

6. Data Ownership & Responsibilities

6.1 Visitor Data Ownership

All sign-in data belongs to the business using the SigninLink platform.

6.2 Paperdaz LLC as Data Processor

Paperdaz LLC processes the data only to:

• Provide the Service

• Maintain security

• Deliver logs and form outputs

We do not sell data or use it for marketing.

6.3 Business Obligations

Businesses using SigninLink:

• Determine which data fields visitors must complete

• Are responsible for compliance with laws (GDPR, CCPA, biometrics laws, etc.)

• Must obtain consent where required

7. Photo, Signature & Identity Collection Disclaimer

Some businesses may require:

• Visitor photos

• ID photos

• Digital signatures

By using the Service:

• You acknowledge that SigninLink only captures data requested by that business

• Paperdaz LLC does not validate, authenticate, or determine legal sufficiency of collected data

• You agree that Paperdaz LLC is not liable for:

  • How businesses use photos or signatures

  • Any compliance violations by the business

  • Any identity verification decisions made by the business

Businesses must clearly inform visitors of the purpose of photo or signature collection.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use SigninLink to:

• Collect Sensitive Data without proper consent

• Harass, discriminate, or harm individuals

• Misuse visitor information

• Send spam or unauthorized SMS

• Interfere with system security

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Availability & Service Modifications

Paperdaz LLC may:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features

• Schedule maintenance

• Introduce new premium features

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Paperdaz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Paperdaz LLC is not responsible for decisions businesses make using data collected via SigninLink.

• Paperdaz LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • amounts paid in the last 12 months, or

  • $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperdaz LLC from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of data

• Your breach of these Terms

• Your violation of laws related to data collection or visitor management

12. GDPR Compliance

If you are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Paperdaz LLC operates as a processor

• The business using SigninLink is the controller

• Visitors may request access, correction, export, or deletion from the business that collected the data

• Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure

• We process data only under lawful instructions

If needed, we can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

13. CCPA Compliance

If you are subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Paperdaz LLC does not sell personal information

• Businesses must provide their own CCPA notices

• Visitors may request:

  • Access

  • Export

  • Deletion
    from the business collecting their information

Paperdaz LLC supports these requests via export tools.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

• You fail to pay

• You violate these Terms

• Your account poses a security risk

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service stops

• Data may be deleted after a retention window

• Subscription payments are not refunded

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [Insert State where Paperdaz LLC is registered].

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of SigninLink constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
